Simon Hatcher. Director. Architect RIBA

Simon was born in Cheltenham, trained at Portsmouth School of Architecture and qualified as a RIBA Chartered Architect from Birmingham City University (formally UCE) in 2000.

He moved to a prominent practice in Bristol in 2000, where he designed a number of primary and secondary schools under the Department for Education’s ‘Building Schools for the Future’ initiative. In 2010 he was elected a RIBA Chartered Client Design Adviser.

Simon co founded Hatcher Prichard Architects in 2010 with Shaun Prichard to increase his influence over the production of well crafted, sustainable buildings.

He lives in Bristol where he has acted as an external examiner at the University of the West of England and has taught freehand sketching at Bristol University.
