Over the past 2 years Simon Hatcher has worked as a project architect in the full design of a secondary school, I was the project director.

He led the design team from concept through to detailed design and was responsible for fully coordinating all services. Throughout the design engagement he carried the confidence of the school principal and wider stakeholders. Simon was also cognisant of buildability and value for money, he always sought to find innovative solutions to maintain the design integrity whilst providing a value proposition to all.

Simon demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the design process from both a construction and client perspective and is able to communicate complex details to a wide range of stakeholders.
